diy-wb bar graph display

Something I was considering adding was a 30 LED
display covering about 11:1 to 19:1.  20 rich and 10 
lean.  This leaves out the boosted and lean burn 
guys, but might have some application.  It would be 
the same circuit as the 36 LED, minus one LM3914 
driver and LED group, and about 6 resistors would 
change value.
