Their price is $120 for less than 10 units and cheaper in quantities over
10.  I have absolutely no affiliation with Perfect Power.

That would have the setup to do what you want, but I think you still need
a reference pulse.  There is a manual on their site.  You should download
it and read it.  I am not so bright with this fuel injection stuff, and I
learned a lot by reading the manuals a few times.
