An F7 is fuel only and it's out of production since several years. But you
can get new Haltech stuff for resonable prices, for example the E6S is a
complete engine management system and can be bought here in sweden for SEK
11700.-. That would be something like £700. It can do sequential injection
and direct fire for up to four coils.

Or the F9 that can be bought for SEK7000.- that is fuel only.
Of course it can do sequential injection.

The IG5 ignition cost SEK 3200, direct fire for up to four coils.
