The tanks with the air bladder inside them are used as a expansion tank in
central heating systems. The bladder is filled with 2/3 of the maximum
pressure when the expansion tank is disconected.
If one is prepressurised with 5bar then the pressure at the nossles will be
6bar when the tank is full and 5bar when the tank is empty.
Of course the small units are probably not made for a pressure this high. A
normal building is usually not higher then 15m, that will require 1bar
prepressure. Assuming a three time safety margin the bladder can be used
with three bar Pre pressure without any problems.
An alternative could be a Citroen pressure bell, I guess that these are a
bit hard to find at the junkyard in the US but a new one are only around
SEK300 ($30). There are at least five pressure bells on a gashydralic
citroen. These can easily hold a 60bar prepressure. The capacity are around
one to two quarts. A filling station could be built with a volume of water
and a co2 tube. With these high pressures a nozzle from a oil burner is
probably the best.
