I seem like the little Honda guy here in the GM sea, but here goes.. On =
the 2001 Honda Civics (at least North Amer built) they use an electronic =
fuel pressure regulator, and it is located in the tank (no return line) =
If you can get one of these and a way to control it, you can make the =
fuel pressure do anything you wanted to, at any rate you want. I seem =
to recall they are not that expensive either, can't remeber how much, =
but I can look it up if you want, and provide the part #.

Scott Flanagan mentioned he was trying to map out a rising rate fuel =
pressure regulator.
I am also looking for a rising rate regulator that reacts to turbo =
boost.
All the turbo fuel pressure regulators I have seen, raise fuel =
pressure at a rate equal to the amount of boost.=20
