40,000 byte limit on posts

This is just a reminder that there is a 40,000 byte limit on posts
to the lists.  Anything bigger will not make it through.  This means
that almost any attachment won't make it.  In addition, when replying
to a digest, please don't include the whole digest in the reply.  Apart from
taking forever to download for those on modem connections, it too
might hit the 40,000 byte limit.
