Optical pressure sensors [was Re: Wideband and Ethanol]

I am not sure what Whipple is really using but a company in Michigan called
Optran makes fiberoptic based cylinder pressure measurement equipment. They
compete against the piezo (sp?)  pressure measurement equipment from
companies like Kistler and AVL.
