98 Dodge Dakota PCM Hack?

Who makes an add on spark/fuel computer? Is the '98 Dakota a JTEC (sp?) ECM?

I think a few of the aftermarket chip companies can reprogram these boxes
although I don't know if they have an in depth knowledge of all of the table
locations.
