potting compound for ECM

I am not sure if anyone replied to my previous information request (Outlook
Express went a little crazy on me the other day). I am still trying to find
a good potting compound to use. The Chrysler ECM in question is fully potted
with a yellow tinted clear potting compound that is probably 1" think
filling the entire ECM. The compound is a bit soft to the touch (almost
rubber like). Any ideas what this stuff is and who makes it and where I can
get more?
