Dart heads - off topic (sort of)

Hi all,

Just saw an add for some Dart heads (2nd hand), advertised in the local
paper as 1 pair suitable for roller cam and 1 pair suitable for solid cam.
Can someone tell me what the differences would be as I thought heads were
heads (different valve springs, retainers) ?  And could either of these be
used with my hydraulic cam TPI 350 ?  What sort of changes would be
required, if any ?

Still learning new things every day.
