TBI Fuel Line Diameters?

Hi, with the below engine specs I calculate the fuel needs as follows...

202 lbs per hour at WOT (12.5 to1 A/F, 90% VE, 6000 rpm), or roughly 33 gallons
per hour at WOT.

So how do I calculate fuel line ID?

And how much overage is acceptable for a safety factor (5%)?

Hoping to use the current 3/8" inlet and 1/4" return, yes?

Thanks...

Doug
