This is pretty sad. Now you are posting about how to not only avoid the
spirit of the original diyWB usage agreement, but also how to pretend
that this little follow-on project doesn't really have anything to do
with, and wasn't spawned by the diyWB? Peter's loudly public violation of
the UA was his 'founding' of a parasitical offshoot from the diyWB
project, and his 'product plans' for this display stuff, as well as his
private disclosures about his grandiose plan for products that include
datalogging, etc., are the 'launch' of his parasitical product line,
based on the diyWB work. And you want to 'help' him with the above
suggestions, Andrew? This kind of dishonest behavior is how the copyright
and patent laws came about in the first place. You are re-living it.
Retrograde time-travel.

Very predictable; the people that first tried suggesting the "DIY_WB and
it's EULA", as Andrew puts it, were just an indistinct and vague vapor,
and you should ignore it because of that, have now come around to
acknowledging the reality of the situation. It represents another
perfectly clear point of view against *all* commercialization and
monitarization of a charitable project, and THAT is what is objected to.
The target really IS the non-commercial and non-monetary aspect of the
diyWB UA.... Gee, what a surprise!

You are watching history in the making. Or re-making, I suppose I should
say. There isn't really anything new under the sun when it comes to human
nature, I'm afraid. Dishonesty clothed in 'philosophy', or in this case,
'expediency'. Shame to you, Andrew.
