I see a problem here.  There is a lot of info on this list about details of 
the wbo2 project, and becoming a member of this list does not require one  
to agree to any UA.  Also, the UA states that GMECM is the list, but the 
dicussions are happening here, on diy-efi.  Would it not make sense to have a 
wbo2 email list, with subscription requirement being that you agree with the 
wbo2 UA?  Then at least we can concentate on general diy-efi questions here, 
and the wbo2 discussion are protected under it's UA.
