The MPX4100A datasheet is at:

The sensor reads 20 to 105kPa absolute which corresponds to a vacuum of
24.0" Hg to a pressure of 0.53psi, assuming the standard atmosphere of
101.325kPa. So the answer is no, unless you only drive at really high
elevations, in which case it would be able to read slightly more boost.
