[ADMIN] Server problems

The server has died on me twice during the last two days while
trying to approve messages for diy_efi.  There may be missing
or duplicate messages which have nothing to do with the fact
that diy_efi is currently moderated.  If the 'for approval'
folder is messed up again, I'll start at messages that arrived
yesterday PM.

Also, gmecm is currently 'closed' meaning that only members
of gmecm and gmecm-digest can post to the list.  If you are
sending from an address different from that you subscribed,
your posts will bounce to me and land in a folder that is only
checked once a day or so, causing a delay in the posting.
