You can "calibrate" film resistors by filing a notch in them to
increase their resistance. Repaint/lacquer to protect the material.
Maybe that's unfashionable nowadays. 5% resistors I calibrated 20
years ago are still OK.
BTW: Never trust colour codes. Check each resistor before insertion.

You can try making your own "molded" plug using just matching
connector pins/sockets; connect them up as required, crimped to your
harness; lightly mist the connector with a WD spray, fill the gap
between pins and connector housing with silicone ("catalyst-safe" of
course). Allow to cure.
When you change sensor, carefully peel away the sides of the
silicone "plug" from the hard connector and pull uniformly on the
wires. You should get a molded plug ready to connect to the
replacement sensor.
