Spark plug pic's

Hi all, I would like to get the list's collective experience of these
plug pictures. They are the stock one's out of a 2001 Cobra 4.6 4V with
less than 10k on the clock. It's obvious detonation, but with glazing
due to high cyl. Temps ??? What do ya'll think ? Bruce ?? :>)
