GM ECM

I'm wondering if anyone here has experience reprogramming GM ECM's.  Not 
the PROM style, but the Flash ROM style.  I'm planning the buildup of a 
3.4 liter DOHC.  This in and of itself isn't the problem.  The problem 
is when you use forced induction (planning on two small Garret T-3's). 
 I've read that the ECM can't cope with boost pressures without 
reprogramming the fuel and ignition curves.  Any help would be appreciated.
