Question about O2 sensor for DIY-WB

I have been searching high and low for the sensor to complete my DIY-WB.  
NAPA is out of them, they say the manufacturer is out of them, I can't bring 
up the hparts.com site for some reason, so I decided to go to the Honda 
dealer.  I asked for PN 36531-p07-003. Supposedly this is the sensor for a 
Honda VX 3 door.  When he brought it out, I knew it could not be the right 
one cuz it only had 4 wires instead of 5.  

I got the PN above from the DIY-WB printouts.   What am I missing?  I am 
ready to test the unit, all I need is the sensor.
