Open it up in a text editor and you'll see it appears to be an
application written in Borland C...
Most of it is gibberish but the last few lines of the app read-
Turbo-C - Copyright (c) 1988 Borland Intl.
Divide error
Abnormal program termination
It's definitely not a batch file as would be indicated with the .bat.
