Source for high pressure 12v water pump

You use two tanks.
One as an air accumulator (that is always under pressure).
Then a second tank with water.
The air tank being at 200 PSI all the time (min pressure switch, and pump on
when activated).
then use a NOS solenoid to pressurize the water tank, when water is needed
