WB 02 AFR values

14:1 or leaner for cruise, tune for min TPS value
15-12:1 idle.  Generally quality dictates what you want, thou often folks go
with too much timing or too rich.
11-13:1 WOT, start rich and work toward lean.  Least amount of timing with
no scarifice in HP.

Lean cruises sometimes take alot of timing to burn, and can build up alot of
heat in the coolant and or oil.  If your serious about lean cruise, and oil
temp guage is mandatory.
