Yes, but.
The megasquirt 'currently' takes a single interrupt. This could be used
to trigger the first injector. You then need to count 180° before firing
the 2nd one. 180° is up to about 40ms. I thought about this and then
decided that I would rather have staged injection, which is also
possible, but would require additional HW to do with one unit. At $100
bucks it seemed as easy to buy 2 units, rather than risk a several month
slip as I debugged extra HW and SW.

Couldn't you handle that with the even/odd (bank fire) capability of
the MegaSquirt? Or are you trying to run both the Primary and the
secondary injectors all separately?
