The latest schematic revisions have been posted to incoming:
ftp://diy-efi.org/incoming/WB_LCD_D.DSN.  Also,  I've added
a parts spreadsheet WB_LCD.XLS and WB_LCD.TXT.  Don't be
shocked at the price,  we won't necessarily use all the
switches and connectors,  it may fit into a smaller
(cheaper) PIC,  and there may be some volume discounts if
someone volunteers to do a group parts buy.

BTW,  we have a volunteer for the layout,  so we're on our
way!
