Hi Chris,

The upload site is ftp://diy-efi.org/incoming/.  EPS is a somewhat portable page
description format.  You should be able to open it with Ghostscript.  You can search
the shareware sites for a copy of Ghostscript,  or we may have a PDF file available
soon.
