Other related info:

The '165 (and '808) have electrical provision for a second MAP sensor (D8)
but I know of no code that actually uses it. The normal MAP sensor is on C11
and the D8 input has the same input conditioning network. Of course D8 and
C11 can be used for any analogue 0-5 Volt inputs. The Y body '165 does not
use either input, but use a MAF on B12.
