ALDL on V6 Cavalier

Ok, so I went back to stock code, got the chatter settings worked out in 
EfiLIve, now I need to tell it where to read data. (RPM, EGR, all that 
stuff)  I am having a difficult time trying to figure out what addresses to 
point it to.  Any suggestions?
