I would have a look at http://www.pectel.co.uk for such a high-end ECU.
I just got a T6M. The software is incredible. You can do almost
everything with this ECU. It is ok for 16k rpm and can control two NTK
UEGO´s. Price for T6M is about US$3500.

What kind of engine is that?  Is it from any Indy car?

Autronic is good up to 16,000 rpm on 5-8 cylinders, with claims of
excellent control of large injectors.
