Correct A:F Ratio @ WOT?

So what do you offer?.
Tuning for less then best, will generate excess heat, and carbon flakes.
You know those nast bits the cling to the exhaust/ valve seat area, and lead
to poor valve sealing, and burnt valves.  Another neat item is *sticking*
the upper ring in place (from carbon or heat).
  emission wise you can generate a ton of garbage out the pipe, by being
off.
you want to get to resonable best tune and back of slightly that's one
thing, but doing less then that just doesn't make sense, to me.
