MAP sensor

Ive been looking for an afordable MAP sensor for my injector controller
project. Ive been looking at OEM parts off different cars. I notice that
most Aftermarket EMSs have the MAP sensor built into the ECU. I would
assume the electronics would be built into the board somewhere, but
there must be a mechanical to electrical transducer there somewhere. Are
transducers like this avaiable? I could do it this way.
