Hi folks

While this is an EFI list, my searches have shown up substantial discussions
on transmission control here in the past. So here's an electronic
transmission control question. (If you can suggest a better list to post this
to, please do!)

We have a 4L80E transmission that we're tying to fit onto a diesel V8 in a
Landcruiser. These beasts aren't common in Australia, so we are having
difficulty getting any documentation. The problem we have is that the wiring
loom we have to connect to the ECM has a PED1 plug on the transmission end,
whereas the transmission takes a PED2 plug. (I think we have a miss-match in
the years of the controller and gearbox.) Does anyone have a wiring diagram
for the connection?

The relevant numbers are:
Gearbox: hydromatic 4L80E, No. 13BMP6, previously factory fit to a 6.2L V8
Chev diesel.
ECM: #16147609

Ciao
Terry
