normalizing WB output voltage

Hi all,

I am looking for a way to normalize the WB 02 voltage to follow the standard 
0v-5v uego output.  Is anybody working on something similar?

Since I am a digital kinda guy, I was thinking of using a PIC to either use 
a lookup table, or do some serious math for the conversion.  But I am 
worried about the loss of resolution and amount of error introduced.

Is there a better way?
