Parts kit

So where exactly can I get this parts package/kit?

I've tried sending several emails to the individual who was making the
kits.  Haven't heard a word from him.  Already bought two PC Boards to
use.  Already ordered two oxygen sensors.

If the kits are no longer available, could someone link me to a list of
the parts involved?
