[Diy_efi] Need help with diy-wb, Vout = 2.48v in free air

Hello,
Mine does a very similar thing... (I built the Aussie version of this
kit). My Vout never fluctuates from about 2.55 V, but my sensor does
heat up OK it seems. Is this a bad sensor or a bad board? I did run my
sensor in the car for about 30 minutes when it might not have been hot
because I didn't fully understand that it needed to be warmed up with
the internal heater... could this have fried my sensor?

I have a schematic with my measured voltages at:

My measured voltages are in GREEN, while the target voltages are in RED.

If any electronics whizzes would be willing to spend a few minutes
looking, I'd sure be grateful! As of now, my DIY kit is on the shelf...
:( :(

Regards,
Brian
