[Diy_efi] Why do some EFI systems use a cold start injector?

The cold start injector is much smaller (== very fine mist) - Large
injectors found on turbo engines are not very good at metering small
quantities of fuel. Using a separate injector appropriately sized probably
helps keep the (cold engine) emissions low.
