[Diy_efi] higher pressure pumps for water injection

My  79 Toronado 350 NA had a real problem with pinging on 
the best premium I could buy.  Water injection stopped it, but 
it used so much, I SERIOUSLY considered recovering the air
conditioning condensation (thats a lot too) to keep the water 
tank from running out.
