[Diy_efi] WB controller

Sheesh,

Bruce gives a nasty reply to a civil question, then gets defended after he gets the response he was fishing for then turns things around.

It's sad the games Bruce plays with the list. I agree he can be an asset, but he runs off more potentially good members and starts (or perpetuates) more flame wars than practically anyone I've seen on a usenet group, mail list, or discussion forum.

>From being subscribed to the list for two or three years now, I certainly know that my position, not being part of the "elite few" is not welcome nor appreciated - however, it needed said.

Bruce, if you were not fishing for the response you got, and are truly surprised that Dave responded in the way he did, you most definitely need to go back and re-read your posts.

I understand you have serious health problems and are medicated most (if not all) the time --- however, that is no excuse for insulting, condecending, and flat rude posts when someone asks a legit question. If a question makes you feel like posting something mean, nasty, rude, etc - or if you are just feeling particularly grumpy that day, maybe you should just skip hitting the reply button that time.

Bruce, we all appreciate your knowledge, you've helped us all at one time or another - but come on man, there's a serious attitude problem on this list and most times, you are the root cause.

944Technologist, last time I checked, this wasn't Bruce's list.... He's just a contributing member, like any of the rest of us.

I certainly hope that if I ever got this attitude on any of the lists I own or heavily participate it, someone would bring it to my attention....

Gabe
