Them *a whiles* will get ya everytime.  AE/PE trimmed by pump *voltage*, as
a function of delta TPS, might get enough time for the pump to get up to
speed, as the engine demands fuel.
Noone said couldn't use a vac referenced non-return style regulator, for a
DFCO strategy.
