Hmmm.  It's going to be hard to find a monolithic solution, a buck
converter is all but impossible without an inductor and diode.  I
suppose the diode is eay enough to integrate, but not the inductor.  If
you can accept something with these two external parts (in addition to
the normal input and output filter capacitors) then look at National's
LM2575 (a 5 lead TO220) or Analog's ADP1110 (an 8 pin DIP.)

What's the context?  Why do you need a switcher for such a low current
level?  Is it because you need the efficiency, or because the input is
very close to 5V?
