[Diy_efi] extending wires on FJO WB? (honda sensor)

Can I remove the resistor and put it near the electronics, and just 
use 5 wires to the sensor? Is the resistor measuring temp as well?

Those extra two wires would go to the calibration resistor in the L1H1
sensor's connector - so you need to extend the 7 wires to the connector.
