Hey, I was only off by a factor of 60, not 16k! :)

As a matter of fact I went back and checked the archives, and
the 25-28 is in inches of water not mercury.  This drops the PR down
to a reasonable range and I now think you can probably can get away
with a leaf blower, or maybe a stack of two.  I've used an electric
one to power a mini wind tunnel to calculate Cd on model rockets,
so can testify they do move a lot of air.
