Turbo for flowbench

Wouldn't you have a bit of a problem getting the turbine up to speed
from an unloaded (in neutral) engine?  You'd only be able to slightly
open the throttle.  Now if you had a dyno or any sort of artificial
load, it might work.

Liked your second idea though.
