Turbo for flowbench

The A/C units for large buildings have like a 30 hp
electric motor driving a turbine style Freon pump.
The freon circulates between a couple of heat 
exchangers, heated water from one and chilled from
the other.  Maybe a junker could be used for air 
instead.  Getting that kind of electrical setup would 
be hard, but the rpm range of an electric motor 
should allow conversion to piston power.
