Fuel map basics

Hi

Im at the stage of programming my home build extra injector controller. I have
not done this before. Is it ok to just assume a constant volumetric efficiency
with respect to RPM? This would make it really easy. Also im not going to worry
about differeing intake charge temps, assume turbo efficiency is constant. Any
sugestions welcome.
