You should have that wired like so:
>        /miso-------------miso
>HIP9010 sclk-------------sclk C167CS
          mosi-----??------mosi

And you can invert the data you recieve from the hip9010 in software 
rather than adding hardware to do it. BTW, there's some subtlety 
involving the setting of the clock polarity and clock phase that you 
must do right for things to work.
