How many O2 sensors?

I'm going to get o2 sensor bungs welded into my exhaust on my '85 suburban in anticipation of my TPI upgrade, and to help with tuning the (ugh!) carburetor that's there now.  I know the ECM is going to need an input from the o2 sensor, but I want to run a gauge or indicator in the cab as well.  Can the two share the same o2 sensor, or do I need separate ones for ecm and indicator?  Also, could a gauge, like the Nordskog performance analog model 70140 (http://nordskogperformance.com/d70140.html) be used with the WBO2 sensor?
