If you don't know how much to send, just round it up.

Steve is asking exactly his cost, but that doesn't
mean you can't send more, and tell him to 'keep the
change for the cause', ie, a no strings attached gift.


How much?

He's asking around $11.50 + shipping US.

I don't think $20 US is too much, but if $17.50 or
even $15 seems better, just send it, and make sure you
make it clear that you don't want any change back.

If you're outside the US, just convert at the current
exchange rate, and throw in a little extra for
shipping.

A bargain is not how much you pay, it's how much you
get.

Just my personal suggestion.
