BTW, something else I remembered... The heater circuit DID see over 
1.5A.  Around 1.55A I think.  Did I fry anything?  Hope not.  Bruce, you 
also mentioned that C3 could be in backwards.  I think it's correct, but 
can you tell from this picture whether it's in correct or
