No Subject

I am wondering if anyone in the San Diego area would
be willing to help me with programming a PROM (27c256)
for my 730 ecm?  All I need to do is disable VATS for
now.  I dont have a programmer(YET!) but would love to
get this hurdle addressed as soon as I can...  Anyhelp
would be really appreciated!!!
