[Diy_efi] Ion Sensing project

I've thought of making a push-pull switcher (>200kHz)  with two N-fets and
double primary.. Should be enough for up to 180W.. The current version
with flyback design is out of consideration, of course ;) It could do both
CDI and Ion.. It just needs a lot of experimenting to get efficient.
